What happens in the brain before the click.
People don't make decisions rationally. They make them emotionally and justify them logically. Our strategy works with that reality — not against it.
Common questions
What does "behavioural design" actually mean?
It's applying established principles from behavioural psychology — anchoring, social proof, loss aversion, reciprocity — to layout, copy and flow. Small cognitive levers with large outcomes.
How do you research our audience?
Through interviews with existing customers, support-ticket analysis, competitor mapping and quantitative data from your analytics. We build an "emotional map" — not just a persona.
What makes visitors convert?
Three things, in order: perceived clarity (do I understand what you do?), perceived relevance (is this for me?) and perceived low risk (what happens if it doesn't work?). We optimise in that order.
Do you A/B test?
When traffic volume is enough for statistical significance — yes. Otherwise we guide decisions with qualitative research and established principles. We don't test for the sake of testing.
How does this affect our brand voice?
We amplify it, not replace it. Strategy defines what you say and when. Your voice defines how. The two collaborate.
